Delete Your Maka Connect Account

Please enter your phone number which is used as your user ID and we will delete your account from our app and from our customer contact database.

 

Your data will initially be archived and inaccessible by anyone on the app, but may be recovered if you restore your account or if we are required by a legal authority to produce the information. After 90 days, your information will be deleted permanently.

These requests are manually processed and may take up to 3 business days. You can use the Delete Account button within the app for an automated and immediate deletion.
